What is Jet2FlightPath?
Jet2FlightPath is where your journey to the flight deck begins. We'll provide comprehensive and fully funded training that will help elevate your future.
Successful candidates can look forward to spending 18 months with our trusted training partners, studying the theoretical and practical skills required to fly. On top of this, we’ll help you understand what makes Jet2 an award-winning airline and tour operator.
On completion of training, you can look forward to joining us as a Second Officer, where we'll train you to operate one of our Boeing or Airbus aircraft at one of our 13 UK bases. You'll receive dedicated support from our friendly team throughout, helping you to feel part of the Jet2.com & Jet2holidays family from day one.

Essential criteria
Joining the Jet2FlightPath programme is a significant commitment. To maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism, applicants must meet the criteria outlined below. Please review these requirements carefully to confirm your eligibility before applying.
• A passion for aviation and strong desire for a career in aviation
• A commitment to customer service and Working as One Team
• Age - you must be at least 17 years old at the time of application and turn 18 by 1 August 2025
• Minimum of five GCSEs at grade C/4 or higher, including Mathematics and a Science subject
• Equivalent qualifications accepted (e.g., Scottish National 5s, International Baccalaureate, and other recognised international qualifications).
• Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK
• Native English speaker, or equivalent proficiency (minimum IELTS Academic 5.5 or Level 5 per aviation standards).
• Hold, or be eligible for, a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Valid passport with at least 12 months’ validity remaining and no travel restrictions
• Height - applicants must be between 1.57 m (5’2”) and 1.91 m (6’3”).
